DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Kosher For Clothes aim to deliver to anywhere in the mainland UK via Royal Mail and Parcel Post.
We will deliver WORLDWIDE, but please contact us for delivery charges first (these will be added to the site in time).

DELIVERY RATES
For the UK delivery rates are as follows

Under £50 - £4.95 (mainland uk)

Over £50 - £6.50 (mainland uk)

All values to outside mainland UK will be charges at an extra £6.00 on top of the above per order.

DELIVERY
Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times we will aim to deliver within 5 to 12 working days if not sooner subject to stock availability. We will advise you if a product is not in stock with a reason and offer a suitable alternative or advise you when stock will be in. You have the right to cancel the order.

PURCHASING
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. Place your order online using our secure shopping system. We accept all major cards.  We are a strictly on-line store only and do not have the facility to offer viewing of products prior to purchase.

RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order on-line or notify us when making the return.
Please email shop@kosherforclothes.com with your order number and which items you wish to return, to obtain a returns number which needs to be written on the outside of the parcel.  Please enclose a note stating your order number and the reason for your return.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. Kosher For Clothes will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Sale Items
We cannot accept any returns or refunds for items that are shown as discounted on our site.
